The land of 7 hectares is available and the rural building to be renovated of 500 square meters + other 100 cubes residential expansion. A vine yard was installedon of half a hectare in 2017, planted some trees (olive trees and fruit) and managed a vegetable garden. There is spring water on the property and easy light restoration.

A caravan and a container are available for a base of support with tools and agricultural vehicles. The land and the farmhouse would allow to settle down and carry on an agritourism activity on the the international path “Cammino di San Francesco”.
